Order Process

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

Shipping

We ship to most global destinations, excluding certain parts of Asia and remote regions. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with an estimated delivery of 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with an estimated delivery of 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment clearance. Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

We stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned unless faulty or defective:

• Used nozzles and spray tips
• Opened filter elements
• Any products that have been installed, used, or tampered with
• Custom-made or specially ordered items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
5. Ship the package using a tracked method to the address provided

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within the following timeframes:
