Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment clearance. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once your items have been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship to a global audience, with the exception of certain parts of Asia and other remote regions. Please see our two shipping options below:

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Cost: £12.95
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality and performance of our industrial-grade equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Return Timeframe & Condition

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible, all items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging, tags, and all accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to stringent hygiene and safety protocols, the following products are non-returnable unless they are received faulty or defective:

  • Used nozzles and spray tips (e.g., 1/4″ Bsp Extended Nozzles, 1/4″ Ceramic Nozzles, Arag Nozzles)
  • Opened filter elements (e.g., Arag Inline Filters & Spares)
  • Any products that have been installed, used, or tampered with.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our returns address.
  3. Pack Securely: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.
  4. Ship: Send the package to the address provided using a tracked shipping method.

  5. Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Important: Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the error was made by us.

Refund Information

Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will then be processed to your original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days (processing time depends on your card issuer).
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days (refunded directly to your PayPal account).

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product, please follow the standard return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

Damaged or Faulty Items
