Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Used nozzles and spray tips
  • Opened filter elements
  • Products that have been installed or used in any way
  • Custom or specially ordered items

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship: Send the package to our address (provided with your RMA) using a tracked shipping method.
  5. Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Important: Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error in your order.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchange Process
