Hypro Duo React Twin Valve Nozzle Body Pneumatic Version

Hypro Duo React single outlet on one side and manually rotatable four way turret on the other in a compact, lightweight assembly
 Incorporates two fast-acting pneumatically actuated valves to select either or both outlets

Requires suitable switch to be installed in the cab
 Fail safe valve design with air to open, stainless steel springs to close

Eliminates the need for twin spraylines or ‘back to back’ configurations

Compact design to fit available spray boom space. Hinged clamp options; 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 20mm and 25mm

Practical Applications

Provide a permanent home for a liquid fertiliser dribble bar

Fit two different sizes of liquid fertiliser nozzles for a wider range of application rates. Operate each singly then both together;
 For example; a red (04) and a grey (06) offer a five fold application range
 Suitable controller can select outlet(s) and pressures to apply variable rates across field

Makes an alternative nozzle readily available and easily selected;
 Save time switching between the most commonly used nozzles
 Switch between standard and drift-reducing nozzles as spraying conditions change in the field
 Comply with label requirements by switching to LERAP 3 star rated nozzles to eliminate water course buffer zones
 Switch nozzles on the move in the event of a blockage
 Response time 0.1 seconds to open and close
